RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 
7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
- Item must be in original condition — unused & undamaged
- Must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Receipt or proof of purchase required

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS:
If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, 
contact us immediately at tarunbiswas461@gmail.com 
with photos. We will resolve it within 24-48 hours.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging
- Used or damaged items

EXCHANGES:
Return the original item first. Once approved, 
place a new order for the replacement item.

REFUNDS:
- We will inspect your return within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer/UPI
